KPI Groups

KPI groups are the set of data you want to track and see visible inside of Dashboard's as well as daily reports from closers. You can custom make KPI's based on a number, a %, and even a formula.

Default KPI

We create a default KPI group for you that consists of the most common sales data like calls, closes, no shows, offers made, etc. You can custom make new groups or add on to the default group to fit your company and sales process.
