The calls section is where all of your sales teams call recordings are stored for review. Call review is one of the highest ROI things a sales manager can do for your team.

Call Tracker

Calls are broken up into Open, Won, or Lost based on the current status of the deal. If you click on a call, you can see the name of the deal, description, date, status and even the recording link. Calls are submitted by salespeople so make sure they stay on top of uploading so you can review calls daily!


Reports inside of the calls tab gives you a breakdown of on call data. Unlike overall sales data this gives you a more accurate look at on call performance and what is happening inside the actual sales process.
